Northern Pakistan
Resort pods and A-Frame cabins for Gilgit-Baltistan, KPK and AJK — insulated, earthquake safe to Richter scale 9, with installations at Naltar, Balakot and Kel.
Espace® units are installed at Naltar Valley in Gilgit-Baltistan, Balakot in KPK and Kel in Azad Kashmir. Those are not easy sites: long approaches, seasonal weather, limited local labour and a short working window.
That experience is the reason a northern project is realistic rather than ambitious. We know what a module has to survive on the road, how the build is sequenced around weather, and what has to be finished before the pass closes.
Fabrication happens in Lahore, where materials and skilled labour are available. The finished unit then travels by flatbed, and the last stretch is planned around the road width, bridges and any low overhead obstruction on the approach.
For sites where a full module cannot reach, the build is planned in sections that can be assembled on site. That decision is made at the assessment stage, not improvised when the trailer stops.
A northern pod needs a roof that sheds snow and insulation that holds heat. Glazing is chosen for cold mornings, where condensation and heat loss matter more than a wide view; the A-Frame's steep pitch does much of the snow work by geometry alone.
Foundation choice follows the ground. Pier and beam or helical piles avoid cutting a large platform into a slope, which protects the site and keeps the footprint small enough for a mountain plot.
Many northern plots connect to the grid long after the building is finished, or never at all. Units can be specified with provision for solar power and independent water so the pod operates on its own systems from the first season.
Tell us at quotation stage what power and water you expect on site. It is far cheaper to build the provision in than to retrofit a finished pod on a mountain.
The north is the most seismically active part of Pakistan. Our steel frames are engineered to be earthquake safe up to Richter scale 9 and carry a 50-year structural warranty, which is precisely why a light steel module is a sensible choice for these valleys.
If you are planning a resort, start with fewer units and add as occupancy grows. We deliver and install across Gilgit-Baltistan, KPK and AJK, and bank financing is available for eligible customers.
Every unit is fabricated at our DHA Lahore factory, then delivered to your site as a finished module.
