What a PEB shed is, and when it makes sense
A pre-engineered building is fabricated from steel members cut and drilled to a fixed design, then bolted together on site. The shed you get is the shed that was drawn, with no site cutting and no waiting for concrete to cure.
That makes PEB structures a good fit for factories, warehouses, workshops, showrooms and covered parking, particularly when you need a wide clear span with no columns in the middle. It is also a fast route when the building has to be operational before the season starts.
PEB structure versus RCC construction
An RCC frame is poured in place, which means formwork, steel fixing, curing and a site that moves slowly. A pre-engineered steel structure is fabricated in a factory while the foundations are being prepared, then erected over a much shorter window.
The comparison is not only time. Steel structures can be extended or dismantled and re-erected, which matters for a business that expects to grow or relocate. Concrete is permanent. If your requirement is a long-term heavy industrial floor with frequent chemical exposure, discuss it with us before assuming steel — the answer depends on the use.
Parking sheds, garden sheds and storage sheds
Not every shed is industrial. Car parking sheds, garden sheds and storage sheds are built from the same steel system at a smaller scale, and they solve a specific problem: covering a vehicle, equipment or stock without building a room around it.
For homes and farmhouses, a steel carport keeps sun and rain off vehicles and can be finished to sit quietly next to the main house. For factories, a covered storage area keeps materials out of the weather without the cost of a fully enclosed building.
Prefab structures for industry and sites
Our prefab structures work alongside the cabins and pods we manufacture: a steel shed for the plant, a container office for the supervisors, and a guard room at the gate are often one project rather than three.
If you need covered area for hiring in Islamabad for a season, ask us about a relocatable prefab structure instead. You own it, you can move it to the next site, and you are not exposed to hire availability when your schedule slips.
Design, fabrication and approvals
We design the structure around your span, height, cladding and loading requirements, fabricate it in Lahore, and install it on site. Pre-engineered buildings still need local authority approval in most jurisdictions, and the drawings we prepare support that application.
Snow, wind and seismic loading change the design, so tell us where the building will stand. A shed in Karachi and a shed in a northern valley are not the same structure even when the drawing looks similar.

What is the cost of a PEB shed per square foot in Pakistan?+
There is no single per-square-foot rate, because span, height, cladding, insulation and loading each change the steel weight. Send the length, width, height and use on WhatsApp and we will quote the specific structure.
Is a PEB shed cheaper than an RCC building?+
For clear-span industrial and storage buildings, a pre-engineered steel structure is usually faster to deliver and often more economical than an RCC frame of the same span. The honest answer depends on your loading, floor requirements and how long you need the building, so it is worth comparing both for your use.
