Espace® designs, engineers and manufactures prefab houses, luxury pods, portacabins, container offices and guard rooms for clients across Pakistan. Every unit is built at our own factory off Ferozepur Road in DHA Lahore, then delivered and installed on site in Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Murree and the northern hill stations. Our head office is in Johar Town, and a branch office in Bahria Phase 8 Rawalpindi handles the north.

Building indoors changes how a project runs. Walls, insulation, wiring, flooring and glazing are finished in the factory, so rain, dust and site delays never hold up the work. The plot sees only a prepared base, a delivery and an installation crew: a small pod is placed and connected in days rather than months, and a larger modular home is assembled from modules lifted into position. Modular homes start from Rs 13,50,000, with two-bedroom pods and A-frame cabins priced higher by model, size and finish.

Every Espace® structure uses a GI or MS steel frame with PU insulated sandwich panels. That keeps the unit light enough for a small plot, a rooftop or a hillside, and insulated enough to stay comfortable through a Lahore summer or a Murree winter. Panels are prefabricated to a fixed specification, so finishes stay consistent from the first unit to the twentieth, and the 50-year structural warranty stands behind the build.

Most of our clients are homeowners adding a guest room or a garden pod, farmhouse and resort developers building rentable cabins, and companies that need site offices, labour accommodation, canteens or security cabins at short notice.
