Resort & hospitality
Luxury capsule pods, glass cabins and A-frame cabins for resorts and farmhouses, with completed installations at Naltar Valley, Balakot and Kel.
A resort cabin has a harder job than a house. It has to look right in photographs, survive guests using it every week, and be repaired between seasons without closing the property. Our prefab cabins are built as finished modules in Lahore and then lifted onto the site.
The result is a room that arrives with its walls, insulation, wiring and bathroom already in place. On a mountain plot where skilled labour is scarce and the weather closes in early, that is the difference between a season delivered and a season lost.
The A-Frame is the shape most guests picture when they book a cabin. Its steep pitch sheds snow and rain, and the tall glazed end frames the view that justified the site in the first place.
Our A-Frame is 20' × 16.5' and starts from Rs 63,00,000. It is the model most often specified for northern resorts, where the silhouette reads correctly against pine forest and the roof pitch does the work that flat roofs struggle with.
At the compact end of the range sit the capsule pods and the Silva glass cabin: small footprints, strong visual identity, and a build cost that lets a site open more units for the same budget. The Trapa Cabana (11' × 15') is delivered in 25 days for DIY assembly.
Larger projects combine types. A row of capsule pods for couples, two A-Frames for families and a glass cabin as the reception pavilion gives a resort a price ladder without needing three separate suppliers, because every unit comes out of the same factory.
We have completed installations at Naltar Valley in Gilgit-Baltistan, Balakot and Kel. Those sites taught us the practical constraints: transport windows, road access, crane availability and the need to finish before the passes close.
Off-grid operation is possible by design. Units can be specified with provision for solar and independent water, which matters on plots where the grid connection arrives long after the building does. Tell us the site conditions early and the specification follows.
Whether a pod resort pays back depends on occupancy, room rate, season length and how much of the year the road stays open — not on the price of the pod alone. A cheaper unit in a location with a two-month season rarely outperforms a better unit with a nine-month one.
What we can do is hold the construction side of the equation steady: fixed factory fabrication, fast installation, and units that can be added in phases as occupancy grows. Phase the site, open what you can fill, and add pods when the bookings justify them.

It can be, but the return depends on occupancy, room rate, season length and access — not on the pod price alone. We help you phase the site so you add units as bookings grow, rather than committing to a full build before the first season.
Yes. We have completed installations at Naltar Valley in Gilgit-Baltistan, Balakot and Kel. Mountain sites need planning around transport windows, road access and crane availability, which we work through during the site assessment.
Units can be specified with provision for solar power and independent water so they operate where the grid connection is delayed or unavailable. Tell us the site conditions and we will build the provision into the specification.
